Appointments are scheduled with Police personnel. This is a free service to ensure the seats are properly installed, appointments are scheduled depending on availability.  All personnel have been certified in proper car seat installation.

If you a party listed in the Report
Contact the Midlothian Police Department Records Division and schedule to pick up a copy free of charge.  

If you are NOT a party listed in the Report 
Please utilize the Village of Midlothian GovQA portal and submit a FOIA for a copy of the report in question.

Midlothian Police Department partners with the Cook County MEDS Disposal Initiative to provide a safe disposal of expired, unused and unwanted prescription, and over-the-counter (OTC) medications.  

The drop box is located in the Police Department Lobby.  The Lobby is open Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM, and accessible after hours by using the callbox outside the lobby door.
