Midlothian residents 60 years of age and older can obtain a personal I.D. bracelet at the Midlothian Police Department, 14801 S. Pulaski Rd.

You will be required to fill out an information sheet before you purchase your bracelet. This information will then be stored on the Emergency Communications Department computers.

The information is only available to authorized Midlothian Police personnel. It is utilized in the event of a personal emergency, when you unable to communicate for yourself.

You do not have to have a medical problem to purchase one of the bracelets. The purpose of the program is to obtain vital information in an efficient manner in case of an accident or emergency.

THE COST OF THE BRACELET IS $10.00.


After registering, you will receive a metal Spiedel bracelet which contains a four digit personal identification number and the phone number to the Midlothian Police Department.
