[ARCHIVED] New Police Facility

As you may know, The Village of Midlothian is in the process of designing a new Police Facility to construct and we have begun talks with our selected architectural firm. We have a predetermined budget that will not cause taxes to be raised for the residents. The Mayor and Village Board were able to accomplish getting the new facility, without increasing taxes, by restructuring and refinancing bonds. The current facility is old, outdated and the department outgrew the facility many years ago.

It is very important for us to have resident input in this exciting venture of building a new Police Facility for our community. We have created a survey for residents to participate in and state what you would like to see with this new facility.

Midlothian Residents can click on the attached Survey Monkey link and provide your input by answering the provided questions. We would like to have all the responses by January 1, 2021 so we can stay on schedule.

We look forward to hearing your feedback!!!

Thank you,

Chief Delaney
