[ARCHIVED] Property Tax Appeal Seminar

From Trustee Ivan:

We had a GREAT turnout in Midlothian tonight for a property tax appeal seminar hosted by Commissioner Dan Patlak and co-sponsored by Midlothian Trustee, Carl Ivan!

With multiple seminars going on tonight, I was able to present the appeal seminar to over 100 residents!

I want to Thank Dan Patlak and Israel Smith's team for presenting the seminar. We managed to fill the room, and we will do it again next year! If you missed the meeting visit www.cookcountyboardofreview.com or call the Board of Review at (312) 603-3651.

Should you need additional help preparing your comparable properties you can go to the Bremen Township Assessor's Office located at 16361 Kedzie Parkway in Markham or call them at (708) 333-9530.

Special thank you to Trustee Gary L'Heureux, Frank Cichon (Safety Committee) and Frank Pierson (Park District Commissioner & Community Policing Committee) for your help with this event.
