The Village of Midlothian is now offering a new e-pay option as well as the option of receiving your water bills electronically. No more last minute runs to Village Hall to avoid late fees! Pay online for no additional cost. Payments made before 7 pm online, by phone or on the mobile application count as the same day. Payments received after the due date will still receive the penalty fee, so please make sure you are allowing enough time for regular mail service and bank checks.
