    A representative from the Citizens Climate Lobby will speak on the economic aspects of climate change. “Economists worldwide agree that the fastest, cheapest, simplest, fairest, and most effective first step to stopping climate change is carbon pricing. Citizens’ Climate Lobby’s version of carbon pricing, Carbon Fee and Dividend, proposes 100% of the revenue generated by a price on carbon be refunded to households as a monthly dividend”.
