FINANCE
The Village of Midlothian's Annual Financial Report is prepared and
submitted by the Office of Treasurer. An independent Audit is
conducted by McGladry & Pullen, Certified Public Accountants in
accordance with generally accepted standards. The annual report is
finalized for publication no later than six months following the end of each
fiscal year.

Report - The Village of Midlothian's Annual
Financial Report for the year ended April 30, 2009.
The current Village of Midlothian Annual Appropriations for the current fiscal year
was prepared in accordance with the Illinois Compiled Statues, Budget
Act. The act requires that the Village President and Board of Trustees
adopt the Annual Appropriations prior to the beginning of each fiscal year. The
Annual Appropriations represents the financial plan of the Village of Midlothian for
the coming fiscal year and serves as the Village's financial policy
document.
