Water bills are sent out on a quarterly basis.
For questions about your water bill, please call (708)-389-0200, and select option 5 to speak with someone.
Included in the water bill are the following fees: Water, Sewer, Garbage, Administration Fees, and Infrastructure fees.
Water is metered into your home at $9.00 per one thousand gallons, with a minimum charge of $54.00 for 6,000 gallons.
There is a sewer charge of $4.76 per month, plus a charge of $0.74 for every thousand gallons of water. This covers sewer maintenance and rehabilitation.

As part of an ongoing effort to address the needs of our senior citizens, seniors can now apply for senior exemption for minimum water usage provided the following requirements are met. For more information, please feel free to call us at (708) 389-0200, select option 5.
For water main break or sewer issues, call Public Works at (708)-389-9658.
To cancel service, contact the Water Billing Department concerning your water account when moving or to cancel service for any other reason. The final water bill amount will be deducted from the initial water deposit In addition; the department will need your forwarding address for your final bill or possible refund due you.
