The Village of Midlothian has partnered with Payment Service Network. Through the PSN system you will be able to print receipts, view payment history, edit preferred payment methods, and change the date of or cancel Auto-Pay. If you like, you can also choose to start receiving e-bills or paperless billing! You can pay by credit or debit card as well as make electronic payments from your checking or savings account. With this system you may also continue to pay for permit parking and Parking/MOVs tickets.
Residents with existing online water bill accounts will need to enroll in the new service to continue paying electronically.
If you need to pay multiple items (IE Water & Permit Parking or two or more water accounts) you can do this by creating one account and "add profiles" for the other items. If you need help setting this up, please call PSN's technical assistance line at 866-917-7368.
Online payments can take up to two business days to process and credit to your utility account. Payment after 5 p.m. CST on the due date will be applied on the next business day and will result in a penalty fee. Your bill is not considered paid until your payment is received by the Village.
